Music at Noosaville State School
At Noosaville State School students receive weekly lessons in music through our classroom music program. Learning music is essential in the development of the whole child both academically and socially and recent research has discovered that no other kind of learning engages a child’s brain in the way music does. In music students develop their skills as a musician through movement, singing and playing instruments. The classroom music program is the core of a students’ music learning and can be extended through Noosaville’s Co-curricular Music Ensembles. These include the Concert Band Program, The Strings Ensemble, Junior Choir and Senior Choir.
